Confirmed: PS3 Left Out
Rumors have been circulating that Valve’s highly anticipated zombie co-op shooter game, Left 4 Dead, would be developed for the PS3 by EA. IGN contacted Valve’s Doug Lombardi to get it straight. According to Lombardi, "there is no PS3 version of Left 4 Dead currently in production."
Although, some of us remember last year when Ken Levine stated that there would be no Bioshock for the PS3 and lo and behold, one year later, Bioshock PS3 is now in production!
So…hang in there, PS3 owners, you may have to wait longer than the rest of us…but there may be a glimmer of hope for you. For now, either get an Xbox 360 or play it on the PC. Left 4 Dead is due out November 4, 2008 in the US and November 7 in the EU.
