While the government would like you to believe that there is not threat of a zombie outbreak, it seems that something viral has hit at least three states in the past week. We reported earlier in the week the “hacked” sign hoax in Austin, TX. Officials have dismissed the hacking as a prank and have issued no official warnings. However, we think that there may be more going on than just a simple college prank.
Collinsville, Illinois is the latest city to be hit with the hacked traffic signs, reading: “DAILY LANE CLOSURES DUE TO ZOMBIES.” On Tuesday, Indiana’s Hamilton County was also hit. Hamilton County’s was a little strange, stating “Raptor’s Ahead – Caution!” This may have been just another scare tactic used to keep people from the infected area.
If you live in or around the Illinois, Indiana, or the Texas areas, we urge you to be cautious and prepared for what could be the impending apocalypse. No word of anything hitting the California coast, but we will be watching this story very closely.

I do not believe this is a prank, however, this warning was not put up by the authorities but someone within the transportation authority who has broke with station policy to warn people of the real nature of this emergency.I dont believe the authorities are keeping information away from us to hide us from reality but that keeping it from us long enough to attempt to quell the situation because once the emergency gets to the masses, its game over and chaos and anarchy will reign supreme!!
haha that is beautiful. good to get people going but i dont think its soething anyone should ever cry wolf about… nature is vast and scary who really knows…
Wish I coulda been there to take a picture of the signs myself!
Loadin up the shotgun…. been waiting for this day my whole life!
Good Gag but we all know what that is… Just keep your eyes peeled for the real Warnings.
this is a hoax beacause if this was the real inevitable outbreak, the reporter would be dead
