Jeff Strain, formerly of NCSoft, announced today the formation of Undead Labs, his new Seattle studio, and the development of the first MMOZ (massively multiplayer online zombie) game for consoles. Strain has worked for companies like Blizzard Entertainment, the company responsible for games like World of Warcraft (WoW), and Starcraft and Diablo, both games that Strain has worked on. In 2000, he formed ArenaNet and produced Guild Wars. NCSOft acquired ArenaNet in 2002 where Strain worked until forming Undead Labs in 2009.
